Brennsuppe (Flour Soup) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 qts water
Caraway seeds
Mixed herbs for seasoning
Pepper
4 Tbsps of flour
50 grams fat
1 chopped onion
Salt
Instructions:
Heat fat then add in flour, making roux. You add chopped onions. Gradually pour in water then season w/ salt, seeds & herbs.
